I think it’s really important to do something for the environment and reduce plastic. So why shouldn’t we have fun while doing this? We’ve thought about an app where you can get coins. You get gifts and trophies with them. But if you want to know more about it, just look in our concept.

During this project I’ve learned a lot on app and how they work. They have to be designed really simple so that the user finds everything really fast. I’ve read a lot of articles on designing apps, as you can see in the readings. However I’ve learned so much on designing Icons too. We worked in team a lot and had meetings where we were really productive. We tried to do most of the things together, so that everyone can learn on different tasks.

I think it was fun to think about the app and to find different things how the people could get rewarded.

Our collaboration with the MMT people was mostly on Facebook. We said in the beginning of the project, that everyone has to do a lot so that we don’t want to meet when we don’t need to be the whole group. So most time we were together just with the MMA people and sent the files on Facebook to the MMTs. After every meeting we wrote a little summary of how we did so that they know what happens in the project. They have got our files and made the wireframes and later the prototype.

I think I’ve learned a lot in app design. On one side I’ve seen how apps work and how much you even have to think about what happens when you click on this or that. On the other side I’ve learned so much on the design part and how it should look like or gets user-friendly.

In this semester we’ve learned a lot on the progress before finishing the real app. So we made a presentation on how it could look like or could be in the end. I think it would be nice to go one step further and try to get that app ready. On the other side I think it would be interesting to learn something on Interfacedesign which is not just an app. When you hear the word Interfacedesign you always think about an app first. It would be interesting to plan a project like the „Social Swipe“ of Miterer „PlaCard“. That’s an interactive poster where you can spend money while you swipe your credit card through a slot in the picture. Like this you can cut a slice of bread or free a person of his handcuffs.

All in all I think I’ve learned a lot in this semester.
